Environmental Sustainability
We are advocates of environmental sustainability. We nurture empty properties back to health by focusing on renovation and restoration rather than new build construction. We also use recycled products and materials on all of our projects. In doing this we can minimise our environmental impact.
Education
We are educators and promotors. We provide information and tools to our stakeholders to help them contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future. Our properties are equipped to enable recycling and to reduce wasted resources. Information around this is shared throughout our properties and to our online communities to help more people make small differences every day.
Affordable Housing
We provide affordable, high-quality housing. This can reduce homelessness and the need for families to move to different areas, thereby improving local communities.
Fairness
We promoted fairness in everything we do. We believe we have a social responsibility to operate with integrity, ensuring that all of our stakeholders are treated well.
